What to pack?
Making sure you have everything you need
Spring & Summer
During your stay we want you to feel at home, to relax and to be comfortable in your surroundings so we suggest packing items such as house slippers, plimsoles, flat comfortable shoes and loose clothing such as tracksuits, leisurewear and bathrobes. Suitable swimsuits are needed for the spa and pool areas. As it is not adviseable to wear jewellery around the pool, fitness and spa area, we advise you not to bring valuables with you. Personal effects should be covered by your own insurance.
Autumn & Winter
For outdoor activities in the colder months it's best to wear several layers such as a vest, long sleeve top, fleece and jacket, thermal hat and gloves, as these can easily be changed if you become too warm or cool. Wear walking boots or lightweight shoes that are well-vented with traction, avoid sandals or anything open-toe. Socks should be made of wool, thermal or specially designed for walking/outdoor activities.
Other Items To Consider
Aerobic shoes with non-marking soles, fitness and workout wear, swimsuit, swim googles, pool shoes, sunscreen and sun hat/visor.
Books, magazines and any other things that you feel will help you to relax, and occupy your time when you are not having treatments. There are CD players, TVs with Freeview and DVD players in the rooms, so feel free to bring CDs and DVDs with you (we have a small selection available for your enjoyment).
