The information La Solinere collect and hold is enough to maintain contact and complete the booking. To comply with French laws, this information is held in paper form for 5 years, this will include Name – Address – Telephone number – Email Address – Date of arrival – Date of departure

I do not use your booking data for any other purposes, and do not pass it on to any third party

You will also be asked to complete another form that lists the names of everyone in your party – this is a requirement of the French Police. This form will only be sent to the Police if they specifically ask for it, or it will be destroyed 6 months after your departure
